1、低分子肝素联合生长抑素治疗高脂血症性中、重度急性胰腺炎患者47例疗效观察吴莉莉覃刚朱季香彭晨(遂宁市第一人民医院消化科四川遂宁629000)【摘要】目的：探讨低分子肝素联合生长抑素治疗高脂血症性屮、重度急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法：分析2013年3月-2014年3月我院收治的47例高脂血症性屮、重度急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料，分为观察组25例、对照组22例。在急性胰腺炎常规N科治疗基础上，观察组给予低分子肝素联合生长抑素治疗，对照组给予生长抑素治疗，比较两组患者实验室指标、症状体征缓解率、血淀粉酶转阴率等疗效指标。结果：治疗5d后，观察组HL-M
2、SAP患者白细胞、脂肪酶、甘油三酯、D-二聚体等实验室指标以及症状/体征缓解率、血淀粉酶转阴率明显高于对照组，临床疗效亦好于对照组，差异有显著性(P<0.05)；加用低分子肝素治疗HL-SAP,临床疗效虽优于对照组，但无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论：低分子肝素治疗高脂血症性屮、重度急性胰腺炎可提高治愈率，缩短病程。【关键词】低分子肝素：生长抑素：高脂血症：胰腺炎【中图分类号】R45【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2015)11-0068-03Clinicalefficacyoflow-molecular-weighth
