1、品管圈在门诊输液室工作中的应用路元珍都婧柳尧花(通讯作者)王丽华王玉萍刘洪丹(山东省烟台市烟台山医院南院门诊输液室山东烟台264008)【摘要】目的:探讨品管圈活动在门诊输液室工作中的应用方法及效果。方法:选择自2014年4月至2015年4月在我院门诊输液室输液的患者240例,前160例按照品管圈实施前和实施后,分为对照组和实验组各80例,对照组患者釆用常规护理方法,实验组患者采用品管圈管理方法,比较两组患者在输液不良反应的发生和对护士工作满意度进行分析,对患者提出的不足之处进行有针对性的调查分析,提出改进措施,运用PDCA循环法,将原实验组患者作为整改后的对照组,再选出80例患者作为实验
2、组。结果:实验组患者输液不良反应发生率为6.25%,明显优于对照组18.75%的不良反应发生率;实验组患者对护士工作满意度为95%,明显优于实验组患者的满意度87.5%。两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)o活动前后患者对服务态度、输液等候时间、主动巡视、健康教育满意度的比较差异有统计学意义;PDCA循环后患者对穿刺技术水平和输液室环境满意度的比较差异统计学意义。结论:品管圈活动可以提高门诊输液室工作质量,提高患者满意度。【关键词】品管圈;门诊输液;护理质量:满意度【中图分类号】R471【文献标识码】B【文章编号】2095-1752(2016)11-0233-03Quality
