1、MRI与CT检查在老年多发性脑梗死诊断中的应用对比研究[摘要]H的通过对比MRI与CT检查在老年多发性脑梗死诊断中的应用价值,旨在探寻一种有效诊断老年多发性脑梗死的医学影像学手段。方法收集于我院接受诊疗的50例老年多发性脑梗死患者的临床资料,分别采用CT与MRI进行检查。比较两组患者的病变检出率、误诊率、不同时间脑梗死检出率、病灶数景、检查时间、发病-检查时间。结果MRI组病变检出率及误诊率分别为92.00%、0,CT组分别为58.00%、10.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P均〈0.05);CT
2、组在发病时间〈24h、24〜72h以及〉72h三个时间脑梗死检出率分别为35.29%、50.00%及84.21%,MRI组分别为88.24%、92.86%及94.74%,两组在发病时间〈24h及24〜72h时脑梗死检出率差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);MRI组检查出的病灶?盗肯灾?高于CT组(P均〈0.05),MRI组检查时间及发病-检查时间均显著短于CT组(P均〈0.05);MRI检查的脑部结构要清晰于CT。结论与CT相比,MRI检查在老年多发性脑梗死诊断中的应用价值更高,应在临床诊断老年多
