1、离心铸造某些领域的发展及其展望唐军南通大学机械工程学院机电121摘要'铸造是机械制造巾生产机器零件或毛坯的主要方法之一,而离心铸造是利川离心力的作用进行铸造的方法,其在机械生产中得到广泛应用。而在离心铸造中影响铸件的质量主要因素主要有:喷涂质M:、浇铸温度、型筒转速以及型筒转动平稳度。便于生产双金属铸件但是离心铸造的铸件容易偏析,不适合铸造密度偏析倾向大的合金。离心铸造工艺制品发展分析:离心铸造钢铁合金然而因铁液由外向内的凝固速度大导致夹渣、气泡内浮速度慢于凝固前沿由外向内的推进速度,从而使渣、气泡留在铸件内产生气孔、夹渣。一浇入型内即凝固,使夹渣和气泡
