1、普拉克索联合高压氧舱治疗帕金森病合并睡眠障碍患者的临床效果［摘要］目的观察普拉克索联合高压氧舱治疗帕金森病合并睡眠障碍患者的临床效果。方法选择2013年7月〜2015年7月桐乡市第一人民医院神经内科门诊及住院部收治的帕金森病（PD）合并睡眠障碍患者90例，根据随机数字表法分为3组，每组各30例。普拉克索组患者给予盐酸普拉克索片单纯治疗，高压氧舱组患者给予高压氧舱单纯治疗，联合组患者给予盐酸普拉克索片和高压氧舱联合治疗。比较3组患者治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）、爱泼沃斯嗜睡量表（ESS）、帕金森病综合评分表

2、（UPDRS-III）、帕金森病H-Y分级等睡眠相关量表评分，观察3组患者治疗后睡眠相关监测指标，包括卧床时间、总睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠潜伏期、睡眠中觉醒次数、I〜IV期睡眠时间和慢波睡眠（SWS）时间、快速眼动睡眠（REM）时间等。结果治疗后，联合组PSQI和ESS评分与普拉克索组和高压氧舱组比较明显降低（P0.05）。联合组卧床时间、总睡眠时间、睡眠效率与普拉克索组和高压氧舱组比较明显增加（P0.05）。结论帕金森病合并睡眠障患者采用普拉克索和高血压氧舱联合治疗的临床效果确切，能明显改善患者不良睡眠状态，提高患者
