1、临床护理路径在肾结石围术期的应用分析(四川省广元市中心医院四川广元628000)【摘要】目的：分析临床护理路径在肾结石围术期的应用效果。方法.•将我院收治的126例肾结石患者随机分为观察组63例和对照组63例。所有患者均行微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗，在围术期护理中：对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者应用临床护理路径。观察并统计2组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术后并发症的发生率及医疗费用，并调查患者的护理满意度。结果：观察组患者的平均手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),平均医疗费用均低于对照组(P<0.05),且术后并发症的发生率少于对照组(P<0

2、.05)。观察组患者对护理全面性、护理系统性及护理质量的满意度依次为92.06%、93.65%、90.48%,对照组依次为77.78%、76.19%、79.37%,2组比较，差异A有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：于肾结石患者围术期护理中应用临床护理路径能有效缩短手术时间及住院时间，节约医疗费用，并降低术后并发症的发生率，更好的提高患者的护理满意度。【关键词】肾结石；围术期护理；临床护理路径【中图分类号】R47【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1003-5028(2015)7-0254-02Analysisoftheclinicalnursingpathway
