institutionalchange:institutionalfine-tuning,systemconversion,systemdistortion,and
thesystemrupture.Atpresent,theshortcomingsoftheexistingaccountabilitysystemcall

7、nnovation.Itisthenaturalchoiceofthehistorythatfrompath
dependencetopathshaping.Theimpactofthedeepstructureandpathdependencenot
onlyoffertherealisticbasisforinstitutionalinnovation,butalsotheresistancetochange.
Therefore,wemustexploreafeasibleaccountabilitysystemforuniversityinChinain
