2、tyofMDR-PAdecreasedby86%whenprobioticsdoseforwascometo109CFU.DifferentdosesofMDR-PAandCaco-2cellswereincubation2h,usingflowcytometryinstrumenttesting,theresultsfoundthatMDR-PAcaninduceintestinalepithelialcellapoptosis,alongwiththeincreaseofthedoseofapoptosisrateincreasedgradu
3、ally.LPcaninhibittheMDR-PAtoCaco-2cellsinducedapoptosis,andtheinhibitioneffectofadhesioninhibitionmethodwasmoreapparentthancompetitiveexclusionmethod.4.AfterLPinterference,themultipleresistancequalityofpseudomonasaeruginosahaschanged.Comparedwithbefore,thediameterofdrugsuscep
4、tibilityinMEM,TZP,ATM-30andCAZ-30wereincreased,butthiswasnotstatisticallysignificant.CONCLUSION:1.Threemethodsofthisexperimentallcanbesuccessfullytoestablishanimalmodelwithintestinalinfectionbymultipledrugresistancepseudomonasaeruginosa,andeachmodelhasitsdifferentcharacterist
