2、上联合奥曲肽进行治疗。观察两组患者的治疗总有效率、相关检测指标、症状缓解时间。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.78%,明显优于对照组82.22%的总有效率；且观察组其C反应蛋白水平与血淀粉酶水平均明显低于对照组；对照组的腹痛缓解时间与正常进食时间均长于观察组；各项研究观察指标数据对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用奥曲肽对急性水肿型胰腺炎患者作治疗时，可发挥显著治疗作用，快速缓解忠者各项临床症状，可见具备较高临床用药价值［关键词］急性水肿型胰腺炎；奥曲肽；临床效果［中图分类号］R5［文献标识码］A［文
