1、角膜内皮细胞相关的部分研究进展和展望周洪伟(茌平县人民医院252100)【摘要】目前己知的角膜内皮损伤理论尚未涉及穿透性角膜移植术后准分子激光矫正屈光不正对角膜内皮的影响。体外培养人角膜内皮细胞己经比较成熟、稳定,但仍需进行探索,特别是一些细胞因子和低分子量透明质酸等因素对其的影响和机制,以更加稳定的体外培养角膜内皮细胞为基础,由数量有限的自体角膜内皮细胞体外培养构建组织工程角膜将更加便捷。将体外培养自体角膜内皮细胞来源的组织工程角膜内皮移植入体内将会较异体角膜内皮移植、异种角膜内皮移植有更多的优势。异种动物的Descemet膜己被用于动物实验,并且有一定效果。将异
2、种动物Descemet膜或人工羊膜结合自体角膜内皮细胞来源的组织工程化角膜内皮进行人类角膜内皮移植,将完全摆脱对人类供体角膜的依赖,或有助于修复损伤的库存角膜。首先进行眼前节器官培养实验,后序可进行动物实验及可能的临床实验。【关键词】角膜内皮细胞;细胞培养;组织工程Someadvancesandprospectsoftheresearchesrelatedtocornealendothelialcells.ZHOUHong—wei.ChipingCountyPeople'sHospital,252100China.[Abstract]Toourknownledge,

4、tensiveresearches.Especially,theeffectsofsomecytokinesandhyluronanoligosaccharidesontheinvitrocultureofHCECsneedtobeexploredaswellasthemechanismsbehindtheseeffects.AnditiseagerlyandwidelyexpectedthataformulizedcultureoftheHCECscanbehammeredout.Baseontheprovedandmoreadvancedcultureformu
5、lation,toconstructengineeredHCECsfromautologoussourcewhichisretrictedincellsnumbershouldbemoreconvenient.IftheclinicalapplicationofengineeredHCECsfromautologoussourcecanbefulfilled,moresuperioritiescouldbediscoveredlogicallycomparedtotheclinicalapplicationsofallogeneicHCECsandheterolog
6、ousHCECs.Descemetmembranelackcellcomponents,andheterologousanimals1decemetmembranesarealreadyappliedinanimalexperimentswithacertaindegreeofeffectiveness.ThecombinedapplicationofheterologousDecemetmembraneorartificialamnioticmembranewithengineeredHCECsfromautologoussourceinhumancorneale
