5、ighmyopiawithnon-contactcorneaIendothelialmicroscope..METHODS:Atotalof64eyes(56patients)ofhighmyopiainthemiddle’agedandoldand77eyes(65normalpeople)wereexaminedanddividedinto2groupsaccordingtotheirages.Highmyopiapatientsweredividedinto2groupsaccordingtotheaxiaIIength.Theindependent
6、t-testofS11.0softwarewasusedtoanalyzetheiraveragecelIarea,theaveragecelIdensity,thecoefficientofvariation,thepercentageofthehexagonaIcelIandthecentraIcorneaIthickness.11,epearsontestwasusedtoanalyzethecorrelationbetweenthecorneaIparametersandthecentraIcorneaIthickness..RESULTS:The
7、averagecellareaandthecoefficientofvariationofendotheliainhighmyopiapatientsincreased,whiletheaveragecelldensityandthepercentageofthehexagonalcelldecreased.TherewasstatisticallysignificantdifferencebetweenhighmyOpiagroupandcontro1.Therewasnostatisticallysignificantdifferencebetween
