1、摘要随着经济的发展，绩效管理制度被越来越多的科学家所推崇，绩效管理逐渐形成体系，主要包括绩效评估、绩效考核和绩效制度等方面。本文以仙河社区物业管理公司为研究对象,从绩效管理的相关基础理论入手,进一步扩充了绩效管理理论的应用范围，为胜利油田仙河社区物业管理公司设计一套更加科学的绩效管理体系，为提升公司整体物业管理水平做出贡献。通过优化经营业绩评价指标体系（PEIS）、指标权重设计等方法研究了仙河社区物业管理公司人员绩效管理体系，并根据仙河社区物业管理公司人员绩效管理问卷调查及现状分析，指出仙河社区物业管理公司人员绩效管理出现的问题及原因。以提升仙河社区物业管理公
