1、围术期应用乌司他丁对胃癌根治术后患者免疫功能的影响温伯泉郭士兵郭学海(河北省唐山市开漆总医院林丙医院河北唐山063103)【摘要】目的:对乌司他丁在围术期的应用对胃癌根治术后患者免疫功能的影响进探讨与剖析。方法:随机选取我院自2013年1月~2014年1月所收治的50例胃癌患者作为其研究对象,并将其患者随机分为两组,即观察组与对照组各25例患者,患者在实行胃癌根治术后,对对照组患者给予常规的治疗方案,对观察组患者在常规的治疗方案的基础上加以应用乌司他丁进行治疗,并对两组患者的术后治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:两组患者在术前体内所含T细胞亚群(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+),均无较明显的差异。对照
2、组患者在术后与术前T细胞亚群的含量无较为显著的差异,观察组患者在术后所含的CD3+,CD44•均有明显的升高,而CD84•则有所降低,且明显高于对照组患者,P<0.05,具有统计学意义,两组患者在术前体内NK细胞活性无较为显著的差异,但在术后的5-7天后,观察组的患者的NK细胞活性明显高于对照组患者,具有较为明显的差异,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:乌司他丁在围术期的应用对胃癌根治术后的患者将会得到有效的改善,从而提高患者的免疫力,并对其细胞的免疫能力也有所提高,具有临床意义,可广泛推广使用。【关键词】围术期;乌司他丁;胃癌;根治术后;免疫功能【中图分类号】R735【文献标识码】B【文章
