4、大的负担。然而,脑梗死的发病、治疗及预后等方面仍然存在很多未知环节。尿酸是嘌呤分解代谢的终产物,在脑梗死的发病过程中血清尿酸水平扮演着很重要的角色。但临床上关于尿酸和脑梗死的关系却颇有争议。一些研究发现高尿酸不但和高血压、糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化、房颤并存可能导致脑梗死的发生,而且可作为脑梗死预后的标志物。高尿酸血症是脑梗死最重要的危险因素之一。早期检测、干预血清尿酸进行降尿酸治疗,也许可以预防脑梗死,降低脑梗死发病率及致残率。然而,其他研究表明,急性脑梗死后血尿酸水平升高有神经保护作用。现就近年来脑梗死与尿酸的关系作一综述。关键词:尿酸,脑

6、andprognosisofcerebralinfarction.Uricacidistheendproductofpurinecatabolism.Itplaysanimportantroleintheprocessofcerebralinfarction.Butinclinicaltherelationshipbetweenuricacidandcerebralinfarctioniscontroverted.Someresearchfoundthathyperuricemianotonlycoexistswithhypertensi
