3、····························22中文摘要电复律治疗快速性心律失常失败的影响因素分析摘要电复律是治疗快速性心律失常的重要方法，具有成功率高，作用迅速，操作简便且相对安全等诸多优点，是临床治疗致命性快速心律失常的首选方法，也是快速性心律失常患者药物治疗失败的另一选择。然而，临床上仍有少数患者电复律治疗失败。因为病例数量少，缺少有关电复律治疗快速性心律失常失败原因的随机双盲病例对照研究，因此，对于这样一个临床重要的问题无法用荟萃分析方法解决。本文通过回顾分析有关电复律治疗快速性心律失常失败的相关基础研究和病例报道，探讨可能导致电复律失败的原因。结果发现：能量大小

4、、输出形式、电极板大小和位置、经胸阻抗等因素是影响电复律失败的重要技术原因，患者基础状况、心脏是否存在病变及病变程度、心律失常持续时间及合并特殊疾病等自身因素是导致电复律失败的另一重要原因。关键词：电复律,快速性心律失常,影响因素1英文摘要InfluencingFactorsofUnsuccessfulElectricalCardioversionofTachyarrhythmiaABSTRACTElectricalcardioversion(ECV)isanimportanttreatmentoftachyarrhy-thmia,whichpossessesmanyadvantag
