4、goftheculturalcomponentinthenegotiationprocess.Therefore,tothesuccessfulnegotiations,thetwosidesmustfirstunderstandtheculturaldifferences.Negotiatorswhotakethetimetounderstandtheapproachthattheotherpartiesarelikelytouseandtoadapttheirownstylestothatonear
