1、早期应用脂肪乳对极低出生体重儿胃肠外营养相关性胆汁淤积的影响杨军(通讯作者)李水霞(四川省都江堰市人民医院新生儿科四川都江堰611830)【摘要】R的:探讨胃肠外营养(PN)屮的脂肪乳对极低出生体重儿(VLBWI)H肠外营养相关性胆汁淤积(PNAC)的影响。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月至2015年4月静脉营养(PN)超过14d的VLBWI屮的PNAC病例和配对非PNAC病例临床资料(两组在胎龄、出生体重、PN持续时间和禁食时间相匹配),比较两组发生PNAC相关因素的差异。结果:PNAC组(18例)生后2周内脂肪乳热卡比明显
2、高于非PNAC组(36例),为23.0±7.3%vs15.1±4.5%,t=3.815,p=0.016,差异有统计学意义,而在总热卡比、氨棊酸热卡比及糖热卡比差异无统计学意义(P>;0.05)o两组在PN应用期间脂肪乳、氨基酸及糖的累计摄入量差异无统计学意义(P>;0.05)o结论:极低出生体重儿PNAC的发生可能与应用PN前2周内脂肪乳热卡比高有关系,还需前瞻性随机双盲A对照试验以进一步研究证实。【关键词】H肠外营养;胆汁淤积;脂肪乳;极低出生体重儿【屮图分类号】R72【文献标识码】A【
