1、华东交通大学毕业设计青年官兵的心理研究专业：机械设计制造及其自动化学号：20100310010510学生姓名：李平指导老师：杨海芳摘要：青年官兵担负着维护国家安全和社会稳定的神圣使命，所承受的身心压力是常人难以想象的，为此，心理问题经常困扰着部队的青年官兵。焦虑、苦闷、困惑、抑郁等心理压力问题日渐凸显。研究缓解官兵心理压力的对策，已成为一个重要而紧迫的时代课题。随着改革开放的深入和社会主义市场经济的发展，军人的思想观念、行为方式、价值取向、心理状况都发生了很大的变化，又加上军人职业的特殊性和青年官兵正处于心理成熟落后于生理成熟的“问题年龄”阶段，军人除了承受一般人的心理压力外，还要承
