1、围手术期术前乳腺癌超声造影特征与中医证型的相关性研究蔡丽珊1张建兴1沈嫱1*司徒红林2宋光辉1谢颖嫦1广州中医药大学第二附属医院①B超室，②乳腺科，广州510120[摘要]目的：探讨围手术期术前乳腺癌超声造影改变与乳腺癌中医辨证分型的相关性。方法：82例乳腺癌患者术前行超声造影检查，其中最大直径＞2.0cm乳腺癌病例48例，最大直径≤2.0cm乳腺癌病例34例；所有病例均按《中医病症诊断疗效标准》进行了辩证分型，并分析各种证型乳腺癌的超声造影表现。结果：本研究中，在最大直径≤2.0cm的乳腺癌患者中，以冲任失调型及肝郁气滞型多见；最大直径＞2

2、.0cm的乳腺癌患者以肝郁气滞型及正虚毒结型多见。乳腺癌超声造影的峰值强度、上升斜率、强化强度指数、时间-强度曲线类型在不同证型间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：围手术期术前乳腺癌超声造影表现与中医证型相关，超声造影可为乳腺癌的辩证治疗提供依据。[关键词]超声检查；造影剂；乳腺癌；时间-强度曲线；症候TheRelationshipbetweenTCMTypeandCharacterofBreastCancerinContrast-enhancedUltrasoundinpreoperativeCaiLishan，ZhangJianxi
