1、降脂软脉片合非洛地平治疗原发性高血压病的临床疗效研究【摘要】　　目的评价服用非洛地平合降脂软脉片治疗原发性高血压病患者的降压疗效、症状疗效以及对胰岛素抵抗的改善状况，同时探讨高血压病肥胖患者和胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法采用开放研究设计。治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组服用非洛地平2.5mg，1次/d，降脂软脉片6片，3次/d；对照组单纯服用非洛地平2.5mg，1次/d，疗程28d。观察两组的降压疗效、症状疗效和对胰岛素抵抗的改善状况。结果两组服药后均可使收缩压和舒张压下降，两组均在给药后1周达到降压高峰。治疗组和对照组之间症状疗效有极显著性差异

2、（P＜0.01）。与正常体重组比较，高血压肥胖组体重指数、空腹胰岛素和胰岛素抵抗指数差异有显著性（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。结论非洛地平合降脂软脉片治疗原发性高血压病的降压疗效和症状疗效均优于单纯非洛地平，尤其在症状疗效方面显示了其较好的优势；肥胖是引起高血压病患者胰岛素抵抗的因素之一，说明改善患者的胰岛素抵抗需要进行综合治疗，而不能单纯地降低血压。【关键词】高血压病胰岛素抵抗非洛地平降脂软脉片　　Abstract：ObjectiveToassesstheantihypertensiveeffect,symptom,safetyand
