1、遂宁市新农保制度运行问题分析摘要：我国改革开放36年来，经济发展取得了显著成效，因而我国越来越重视社会保障体系建设，而养老保险是我国社会保障体系的重要组成部分，也是重要基石，尽管我国养老保险经历了多次改革，但由于农村人口众多特别是收入水平不高，自2009年实施新型农村养老保险制度（简称“新农保制度”）以来，暴露出许多问题，必须下大力所认真加以解决。本文以遂宁市新农保制度运行问题为研究对象，首先分析了遂宁市新农保制度运行情况，然后对遂宁市新农保制度运行过程中存在的主要问题以及问题产生的原因进行了梳理和分析；最后就如何
