2、聚糖,研究其壳聚糖的脱乙醚度、分子量等性质,并与市售生化级壳聚糖的红外光谱进行比较。结果:地产龙虾壳中的甲壳素和壳聚糖的产率分别为14.8%和8.9%;龙虾壳聚糖的红外光谱与市售生化级壳聚糖的图语基本一致;其它技术指标与文献记载基本一致。结论:用本法从地产吁胎龙虾的灯壳中提取甲壳素和制备壳聚糖工艺设备简单,操作简易,具有较强的推广性;地产吁胎龙虾的虾壳含甲壳素较高,是一种制备壳聚糖不可多得的天然资源,值得开发利用。关键词:龙虾壳;甲壳素;壳聚糖;制备方法中图分类号:8283文献标识码:A文章编号:1008-0805(2005
