1、企业竞争情报与知识管理的整合研究摘要随着社会信息化的推进，各种组织都在引入知识管理系统和竞争情报系统，以提高其运行效率和竞争力。在查阅和研读大量相关文献的基础上,国内外竞争情报与知识管理关系研究状况进行回顾,并在此基础上总结了知识管理系统和竞争情报系统之间的互融性。本文第一、二章，分别对竞争情报和知识管理的基本概念、作用及有关问题进行了综述，第三章在一、二章的基础上，对竞争情报和知识管理的异同性进行了分析，并在理论上对两者的融合性进行了分析。并且探讨了两者整合的具体实现，分别从组织和流程方面提出了两者的整合模型，并构建了两者整合的共享技术平台。通过以上相关理论知识及融合模型的分析，最后阐明了企
