2、肾组织细胞凋亡情况,免疫组化SABC法观察Caspase-3、Bel-2蛋白表达情况。结幂低温.复温组细胞凋亡指数为(53.24-17.1)%,显著高于对照组(O.2±0.1)%和低温组(0.34-0.1)%(P<0.01);丹参实验组细胞凋亡指数(36.74-14.6)%明显低于低温-复温组(53.2±17.1)%(P<0.05);丹参实验组Caspase-3表达(5.44-1.3)%低于低温.复温组(11.94-6.2)%(P<0.05),而Bd-2表达(1.84-0.3)%高于低温.复温组(0.74-1.5)%)(P<0.05)。结论低温.复温过程可造成肾脏细胞凋亡显著增加;丹参
