1、摘要胜大集团是胜利油田下属的具有独立法人资格的多种经营企业，经过20年的发展和积累，已初步建立起现代企业制度，企业发展也已经步入良性循环的轨道，积累了一些成功经验。但随着胜利油田市场机制的逐步深化，胜大集团的多种经营发展也面临着一系列的制约因素和困难，阻碍了企业的持续发展。因此，应用战略管理理论，结合胜大集团发展的实际情况，深刻剖析企业在多种经营发展过程中存在的问题，研究胜大集团发展所面临的机遇与挑战，制定出企业下一步发展规划具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。论文共分五个部分。第一部分是引言，介绍论文的研究背景、意义、主要内容和相关理论研究现状；第二部

2、分通过介绍胜大集团的发展历程和下属公司的基本情况，梳理了胜大集团的发展现状，以期能展示其问题产生的根源，同时也分析了存在的问题；第三部分是胜大集团外部环境和内部能力分析。运用PEST分析，研究了影响胜大集团发展的各种外部因素，并通过SWOT分析，找出了公司具有的优势和劣势、面临的机会和威胁，据此提出了公司的发展策略组合；第四部分结合胜大集团发展的实际，提出了胜大集团的发展构想和发展目标，在此基础上，进一步制定出四个方面的具体策略；第五部分给出了本文结论和建议。关键词：胜大集团，发展策略，多种经营，核心竞争力VAbstractShengdagroupi
