1、摘要摘要企业扩张的传统研究范式已经不能解决当前日益复杂的环境下民营企业扩张所面临的诸多问题，作者试图将以复杂系统为研究对象的自组织理论引入民营企业扩张的研究：首先论文阐述了研究目的和意义；然后介绍了企业扩张理论和自组织理论，为下文运用自组织理论分析民营企业的扩张做理论基础；再后分析了民营企业扩张的自组织特征并且引入自组织理论中对系统自组织过程的有序度进行描述的熵理论，分析了民营企业扩张过程的熵变、建立了民营企业扩张的熵变模型；再后，结合民营企业的扩张方式及其特点，对不同扩张方式下的民营企业扩张的自组织特征进行定性分析，由此提出了适合四种不同情况——能力较

2、强、稳定性也较强；能力较强、稳定性较弱；能力较弱、稳定性较强；能力较弱、稳定性也较弱的民营企业的扩张方式选择的判定；再后，基于民营企业扩张的熵变分析以及民营企业扩张的熵变模型，选取能力较强、稳定性较弱的民营企业，对该种民营企业采取不同扩张方式进行扩张时的熵变值进行定量计算，对前文的定性分析给出定量的模拟；最后，选取能力较强、稳定性较弱的联想集团为对象，对其并购ＩＢＭ的行为进行案例分析。关键词：自组织；民营企业；企业扩张；扩张方式IABSTRACTABSTRACTThetraditionalstudymethodofenterpriseexpansionc
