1、PPD试验对肺结核疗效预测的研究作者：卢永祥　王子瑞　周汉升【关键词】PPD　　摘要：目的：评估PPD试验对肺结核治疗疗效的预测中的应用价值，为预测肺结核的疗效提供一种预测方法，并指导结核病的治疗。方法：将所有列入观察组的肺结核患者进行PPD试验，并根据皮试结果表现分为阴性反应组、阳性反应组以及强阳性反应组，分别给以抗结核治疗，观察不同PPD反应患者的痰菌转阴速度、空洞闭和速度以及疗程结束时病灶的吸收速度。结果：168例痰菌阳性初治的结核病患者，根据PPD试验的结果分为阴性组（Ⅰ组），阳性组（Ⅱ组），强阳性组（Ⅲ组）。经过6个月抗痨治疗后，Ⅰ组痰菌转阴率为76.9

2、2%，平均转阴时间为12.46周，病人疗程结束时，肺内病灶X线吸收占61.54%；Ⅱ组痰菌转阴率为94.79%，平均转阴时间为5.0周，病人疗程结束时，肺内病灶X线吸收占86.46%；Ⅲ组痰菌转阴率为100%，平均转阴时间为3.0周，病人疗程结束时，肺内病灶X线吸收占100%。上述各组之间比较有明显统计学差异，P<0.005。结论：PPD试验强阳性患者的治疗疗效优于PPD试验阳性的患者，PPD阳性的患者的治疗疗效优于PPD试验阴性的患者。可以通过PPD试验的结果来预测肺结核的治疗疗效。　　关键词：PPD试验；肺结核；疗效；预测　　StudyofPPDTest
