1、补肾化瘀祛痰方对雄激素致不孕大鼠卵巢局部调控因子的影响【摘要】目的:观察补肾化瘀祛痰方(BushenHuayuQutanRecipe,BHQR)对雄激素致不孕大鼠(androgensterilizedrat,ASR)卵巢局部调控因子的影响。方法:选择9日龄幼年SD雌性大鼠105只,随机分为病理模型组(90只)和溶媒对照组(15只),丙酸睾丸酮诱导形成ASR。造模成功的30只大鼠随机分为中药干预组和模型对照组。中药干预组用BHQR灌胃干预,模型对照组及溶媒对照组给予蒸馏水灌胃处理,疗程30d。疗程结束后观察大鼠性周期情况,用放射免疫方法检测血睾酮和胰岛素(insulin,INS)含量,用免疫
2、组织化学方法检测卵巢组织抑制素(inhibin,INH)、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(insulinlikegrowthfactorⅠ,IGFⅠ)和血管内皮生长因子(vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)的表达。结果:BHQR不仅能明显降低大鼠血INS水平(P<0.05),还能显著降低INH、IGFⅠ和VEGF在卵巢局部的表达(P<0.01)。大鼠排卵恢复率为66.67%。结论:BHQR可能通过改善胰岛素抵抗,降低INH、IGFⅠ及VEGF水平,改善卵巢内部环境,多途径、多靶点促使卵巢功能恢复,促进卵泡生长发育,诱发排卵。【关键词】补肾化瘀

5、sinthenormalcontrolanduntreatedgroupswereintragastricallyadministeredwithdistilledwater.Theywerealltreatedfor30days.Thelevelsofserumtestosteroneandinsulin(INS)weremeasuredbyradioimmunoassay.Theinhibin(INH)level,andtheexpressionsofinsulinlikegrowthfactorⅠ(IGFⅠ)andvascularendothelialgrowthfactor(V
