1、补肾化瘀祛痰方对雄激素致不孕大鼠卵巢局部调控因子的影响【摘要】目的：观察补肾化瘀祛痰方（BushenHuayuQutanRecipe,BHQR）对雄激素致不孕大鼠（androgensterilizedrat,ASR）卵巢局部调控因子的影响。方法：选择9日龄幼年SD雌性大鼠105只，随机分为病理模型组（90只）和溶媒对照组（15只），丙酸睾丸酮诱导形成ASR。造模成功的30只大鼠随机分为中药干预组和模型对照组。中药干预组用BHQR灌胃干预，模型对照组及溶媒对照组给予蒸馏水灌胃处理，疗程30d。疗程结束后观察大鼠性周期情况，用放射免疫方法检测血睾酮和胰岛素（insulin,INS）含量，用免疫

2、组织化学方法检测卵巢组织抑制素（inhibin,INH）、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(insulinlikegrowthfactorⅠ,IGFⅠ)和血管内皮生长因子（vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF）的表达。结果：BHQR不仅能明显降低大鼠血INS水平（P<0.05），还能显著降低INH、IGFⅠ和VEGF在卵巢局部的表达（P<0.01）。大鼠排卵恢复率为66.67％。结论：BHQR可能通过改善胰岛素抵抗，降低INH、IGFⅠ及VEGF水平，改善卵巢内部环境，多途径、多靶点促使卵巢功能恢复，促进卵泡生长发育，诱发排卵。【关键词】补肾化瘀

4、ASRwasinducedbysubcutaneousinjectionoftestosteronepropionate,andtheratmodelofASRwasestablishedsuccessfullyin30ratsintheASRgroup.ThirtyASRratswererandomlydividedintountreatedgroupandBHQRtreatedgroup.Therewere15ratsineachgroup.TheratsinBHQRtreatedgroupwereintragastricallyadministeredwithBHQR.Therat

5、sinthenormalcontrolanduntreatedgroupswereintragastricallyadministeredwithdistilledwater.Theywerealltreatedfor30days.Thelevelsofserumtestosteroneandinsulin(INS)weremeasuredbyradioimmunoassay.Theinhibin(INH)level,andtheexpressionsofinsulinlikegrowthfactorⅠ(IGFⅠ)andvascularendothelialgrowthfactor(V
