1、无张力疝修补与传统疝修补术治疗腹外疝的临床对比研究作者：何建军，许克勤，汤建华，刘常岳，李宗浩，文霞初，刘及时，朱文胜，蔡银忠，张建凯，吴闽华［摘要］目的探讨无张力疝修补术治疗腹外疝的临床效果。方法回顾分析2003年7月~2005年12月无张力疝修补78例（A组），传统疝修补417例（B组），对比分析两组临床资料。结果（1）平均手术时间：A组50min，B组61min；两组差异无显著性（χ2=3.0356，P>0.05）；（2）平均住院日：A组4.3天，B组9.1天，两组差异有显著性（χ2=

2、10.5996，P<0.005）；（3）平均医疗费用：A组3980.2元，除外材料费2000.2元，B组2097.13元，两组差异无显著性（χ2=2.056，P>0.05）；（4）平均术后下床活动时间：A组12.4h，B组192.4h，两组差异有显著性(χ2=11.3459，P<0.005)；（5）平均术后恢复日常活动时间：A组4天，B组59天，两组差异有显著性（χ2=13.1575，P<0.005）；（6）术后并发症：A组29.5%，B组57.3%，两组差异有显著性（χ2

3、=19.3209，P<0.005）；（7）术后复发：A组1.17%，B组18.0%，两组差异有显著性（χ2=5.002，P<0.05）。结论腹外疝无张力疝修补平均手术时间、除外修补材料的平均医疗费用与传统疝修补相等；平均住院日、平均术后下床活动时间、平均术后恢复日常活动时间、术后并发症及术后复发率明显低于传统疝修补术；降低修补材料费后无张力疝修补术是治疗中老年腹外疝、复发疝及有并发症的腹外疝的最佳术式。　［关键词］无张力修补；传统修补；腹外疝；外科手术　Clinicalcomparis
