1、无张力疝修补及传统疝修补术治疗腹外疝临床对比探究作者：何建军，许克勤，汤建华，刘常岳，李宗浩，文霞初，刘及时，朱文胜，蔡银忠，张建凯，吴闽华［摘要］目的探讨无张力疝修补术治疗腹外疝的临床效果。方法回顾分析2003年7月〜2005年12月无张力疝修补78例(A组)，传统疝修补417例(B组)，对比分析两组临床资料。结果(1)平均手术时间：A组50min,B组61min；两组差异无显著性(x2二3.0356,P>；0.05)；(2)平均住院日：A组4.3天，B组9.1天，两组差异有显著性(x2=10.5996,P<；0.005)
2、；(3)平均医疗费用：A组3980.2元，除外材料费2000.2元，B组2097.13元，两组差异无显著性(x2=2.056,P>；0.05)；(4)平均术后下床活动时间：A组12.4h,B组192.4h,两组差异有显著性(x2=11.3459,P<；0.005)；(5)平均术后恢复日常活动时间：A组4天,B组59天，两组差异有显著性(x2=13.1575,P<；0.005)；(6)术后并发症：A组29.5%,B组57.3%,两组差异有显著性(x2二19.3209,P<；0.005)；(7)术后复发:A组1.17%,
