1、我省下达2015年森林生态效益补偿基金13亿多元 为提高预算完整性，加快支出进度，近日，省财政厅以川财农[2014]372号文下达四川省2015年天保工程二期公益林面积10182.3万亩（含国有国家级公益林1877.3万亩、国家级集体公益林7248.3529万亩、省级集体公益林1048.5778万亩）森林生态效益补偿基金133840.4万元，其中：中央财政森林生态效益补偿基金121257.5万元（含集体国家级公益林生态补偿费108725.3万元，国有国家级公益林生态补偿费9386.5万元，省级公益林管护补助费3145.7万元），省级财政
