1、2北京理工大学毕业设计（论文）第2页我国企业人力资源管理研究中文摘要历史和现实的经验表明，人力资源是经济发展的根本动力和关键因素。但我国的人力资源开发与管理目前还存在一些问题和误区，从不同方面阻碍了我国经济的发展。因此，我们必须树立现代的人力资源开发与管理理念，把中国的人力资源开发与管理推上一个新的台阶。本文共分五大部分。第一部分概述了有关人力资源与人力资源管理的涵义。第二部分析了中国人力资源的现状与人力资源管理的矛盾，目前中国人力资源存在的突出问题有人力资源数量庞大而素质偏低；人力资源结构不合理，不能适应现代经济
