3、mmitteeSecretary,Ministersand11南京师范学院毕业论文摘要:教师期望对学生的发展会产生非常重要的影响。学生的发展进步很大程度上受教师对其期望高低的影响。教师期望主要分为高期望和低期望,其中,合理的高期望会成为学生发展的的动力从而促进学生的学习和各方面的发展,但是,期望过高或者过低,则会对学生的发展起阻碍作用。因此,教师应该在客观地评价学生的基础上,确定合理的期望值,并通过恰当的方式把期望信息传递给学生,以促进学生的学习和身心健康发展。关键词:教师期望,期望值,学生Abst
