3、A,theUKandAustraliahaveproduced,andcontinuetocreateonaregularbasisstate-of-the-infrastructurereportcards.Althoughtherearevariationsinhowthelettergradingisassigned,theyalluseaschooltypereporttocommunicatetheresults.Moststateoftheinfrastructurereportsareaimedatawareness(thetarge

4、taudiencemayvarybutingeneralincludesthepublicandelecteddecisionmakers).Thesecondmaincommonobjectiveofthesestudiesistoinfluenceseniorgovernmentdecisions.Intermsoflessonslearned,threekeyissuesstandout:Thereneedstoberigorousevaluation(i.e.,process)criteriafromthebeginning.Multidi
