6、ractionmethodsandpropertiesforhis.Keywords:natureofextractionmethodsofsoybeanisoflavone异黄酮是黄酮类化合物的一种,主要存在于大豆科植物中,是大豆生长中形成的一类次生代谢物。大豆异黄酮主要存在于大豆种子的子叶和胚轴中,种皮含量极少。目前已经发现的大豆异黄酮共有12种,分为游离型的甙元和结合型的糖甙两类。[1]甙元为其中的生物活性成分并且含量极少,占总含量的2%~3%,分别为大豆黄素、黄豆黄素及染料木素。对应的B一葡萄糖苷形式为:大豆黄苷、黄豆黄苷、染料木苷。另
7、外还有较少的葡萄糖苷的乙酰基化合物和丙二酰基化合物。研究表明,大豆异黄酮具有预防癌症、心血管疾病、骨质疏松症和降低妇女更年期综合症等生理功能。该产品具有广阔的开发前景和新的应用价值。第1章大豆异黄酮的提取方法在自然界中大豆异黄酮的资源十分有限,作为一种具有广阔开发前景的药用植物活性成分,如何高效率地提取大豆异黄酮、确定最佳的提取纯化方法显得尤为重要。近年来国内外学者对大豆异黄酮的提取及分离纯化工艺进行了大量的研究,现将其主要研究进展做一简述,为进一步研究开发提供资料。1.1乙醇提取法:7河南科技大学本科毕业设计论文豆粕中蛋白质含量很高,用醇提取
