3、sprotectionThefifthchapter,legalresponsibilityThesixthchapteristhesupplementaryprovisionsInaccordancewiththeamendmenttotheprovisionsofsomelocallawsandregulationsoftheGuizhouProvince,thefollowingregulationsshallbeamendedasfollows:Twenty-threeregulationsfortheadministrationofwaterco
4、nservancyfacilitiesinGuizhouProvince1,Ninthaddedasthesecondparagraph:"thedeclarationoffloodcontrol,watersupply,powergenerationandothercomprehensiveutilizationofwaterconservancyprojectfunctionformulationofthewaterdistributionplan,floodpreventionschemeandengineeringflooddispatchplan
5、s,shallcomplywiththefollowingregulations:(a)small(2)abovethetransferfunctionofwaterconservancyprojectsshallcomplywiththerelevantstateregulations,andtheoriginalfunctionofalternativeprojectsormeasures;(two)thecomprehensiveutilizationofwaterresourcesmanagementwithinthescopeofdevelopm
6、entshouldnotaffectthesafeoperationoftheproject,nottochangetheoriginalfunctionoftherealizationofthebenefits."Oneparagraphisaddedasthethirdparagraph:"thewateradministrativedepartmentofthepeople'sgovernmentsatorabovethecountylevelshalldeclarematerialswithin20daysfromthedateofreceipto
