1、卵磷脂络合碘辅助治疗玻璃体积血临床观察【摘要】　　目的：观察卵磷脂络合碘片剂辅助治疗玻璃体积血临床疗效。方法：随机将32例32眼眼部病变引起的玻璃体积血患者分两组：治疗组16例患者常规止血、活血、扩血管治疗并接受卵磷脂络合碘片剂口服1.5mg(含碘量100μg),3次/d，共60d。对照组16例患者常规止血、活血、扩血管治疗。观察期3mo，于治疗后2，4，8，12wk复诊。观察视力、裂隙灯检查、前置镜眼底检查并记录玻璃体积血等级。结果：治疗组在服药后4wk患者玻璃体积血的等级比同对照组在第8wk时玻璃体积血的等

2、级比。观察期末治疗组视力0.15～0.3者3例，＞0.3者13例。对照组视力光感～0.1者2例，0.15～0.3者7例，＞0.3者7例。两组对比差异有显著统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：卵磷脂络合碘片剂可以促进出血、渗出的吸收，用于辅助治疗玻璃体积血疾病，可以缩短玻璃体积血恢复时间，恢复较好的视功能。【关键词】卵磷脂络合碘；玻璃体积血；辅助治疗　　Abstract　AIM:Toinvestigatetheclinicalefficacyofjolethintabletsastheadjunctivetreat

5、oodvessel.Theobservationcoursewas3monthsinbothtwogroups.Visualacuity,slitlampmicroscopeexamination,presetlensfundusexaminationandthegradeofvitreoushemorrhagewereperformedoneachpatientpretreatmentand2,4,8and12weeksafterthetreatment.RESULTS:Thedegreeofvitreou

6、shemorrhageintherapygroupat4weeksaftertreatmentwasequaltothedegreeofvitreoushemorrhageincontrolgroupat8weeksaftertreatment.12weeksaftertreatment,thevisiondistributionoftherapygroupwasasfollows:noneofpatientswaslightperception0.1,threepatientswere0.150.3and

7、thirteenpatientswereover0.3.Butincontrolgroup12weeksaftertreatment,thevisiondistributionwasasfollows:twopatientswerelightperception0.1,sevenpatientswere0.150.3andsevenpatientswereover0.3.Thedifferencebetweenthetwogroupshadstatisticalsignificance(P<0.05)
