4、ydestroyingthecompetitionmechanism,thenegativeexternalityistomakesocialresponsibilitycost,letafewpeoplebenefit,theabsenceoftheowneristheownerofthepropertyforbybusinessmanagers.Inthebook,RenLingyunpointedoutthatbecauseAdamSmith'stheorydidnotforeseethenegativeexternalitiesofeconomi
