1、微创腹膜前间隙“内衬”式无张力疝修补术作者：许洪斌，庞少军，康春博，孟庆成，袁庆功，王世龙【摘要】目的介绍一种后入路微创腹膜前间隙内衬式无张力疝修补术及其临床应用经验。 方法局麻下经内环或Hesselblach三角创建腹膜前间隙，并于此间隙内衬置入美国BARD公司生产的内存记忆弹力环补片（Kugel）修补腹股沟疝57例(64侧)，其中复发性斜疝10例，双侧复发斜疝1例，双侧斜疝6例，单侧斜疝30例，直疝10例。 结果每一侧手术时间为15～45min；皮内缝合切口，不用拆线；术后即可下床，24h后生活即可自理，1周可恢复正常日常活动，住院3～5天；门诊手术室完善者手术可在门诊
2、完成，无需住院；无伤口感染、阴囊血肿及积液；术后随访1～6月，随访率100%，无复发，无伤口疼痛及不适感。 结论9微创腹膜前间隙内衬式无张力疝修补术是一种后入路腹膜前疝修补方法；其切口小，无需解剖腹股沟管，创伤小；利用腹压固定补片，无张力；术后无异物感，疼痛轻，恢复快；不用拆线，住院时间短。是迄今最合理、最理想、微创的先进无张力疝修补方法。 【关键词】微创；腹膜前间隙内衬置入；内存记忆弹力环补片；无张力疝修补术 Subtle-woundwithouttensionrepairofherniausingpre-peritoneumcreviceinnerlining XU
