1、中药复方治疗系统性红斑狼疮增效减毒的临床研究【摘要】目的观察养阴清热中药复方治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的疗效。方法采用随机、对照比较方法,将90例SLE患者分为中医组、中西医结合组、西医组,每组各30例,中医组予养阴清热中药复方,西医组予环磷酰胺(CTX),中西医结合组予中药复方联合CTX治疗,疗程6月,对患者临床表现及实验室指标进行观察。结果总有效率分别为：中医组96.70%,中西医结合组93.33%,西医组80.00%(P＞0.05)。3组在治疗蛋白尿方面均有疗效(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),中西医结合组
2、疗效优于西医组(P＜0.05)。中西医结合组及西医组升高白细胞作用优于中医组(P＜0.05)。3种疗法均有升高血红蛋白作用(P＜0.01)。中西医结合、中医、西医治疗均能降低血沉(P＜0.01,P＜0.05)。中西医结合治疗及中医治疗均能降低抗双链DNA抗体(P＜0.05)。中西医结合治疗能升高C4(P＜0.05)。结论养阴清热中药复方具有免疫抑制作用,联合CTX治疗SLE能起到增效减毒的作用。【关键词】养阴清热组方；系统性红斑狼疮；增效减毒Abstract：ObjectiveToobservetheeffect

5、inthecyclophosphamidegroup(P＞0.05).Threegroupsallcouldimprovetotalalbuminuria(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Atimprovementfortotalalbuminuria,thecurativeeffectoftheTCMcombinedwithcyclophosphamidegroupwasbetterthanthecyclophosphamidegroup(P＜0.05).AtimprovementforWBC,TCMcombin
6、edwithcyclophosphamidegroupandcyclophosphamidegroupwerebetterthantheTCMgroup(P＜0.05).Haemoglobinofthreegroupswereallascended(P＜0.01).ThreegroupsallcoulddecreaseESR(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).TheantibodyofdsDNAwasdecendedaftertreatmentofTCMcombinedwithcyclophosphamideandT
