1、宣肺健脾中药对哮喘大鼠支气管-肺组织病理学和转化生长因子-β1的影响作者:马佐英,何山,袁卫玲,郭茂娟,王学岭【摘要】目的观察宣肺健脾中药哮逐平对支气管哮喘大鼠的治疗作用,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法SPF级雄性Wistar大鼠32只,随机分为正常对照组(A组)、哮喘模型组(B组)、地塞米松组(C组)、哮逐平组(D组),每组8只。除A组外,其余组动物建立哮喘模型。HE染色,观察支气管-肺组织病理学改变,以医学图像分析软件测量支气管基底膜周径(Pbm)、支气管壁厚度(Wat)和平滑肌厚度(Wam)。免疫组化PV二步法染色,应用上述图像分析软件检测支气管-
2、肺组织转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的积分光密度(IOD)。结果与A组相比,B组Wat、Wam和支气管-肺组织TGF-β1含量明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经药物干预后,C、D组Wat、Wam减少及支气管-肺组织TGF-β1含量显著降低(P<0.05)。D组Wat、Wam和TGF-β1减少尤为明显,与B组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中Wat、Wam与A组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与C组相比,D组TGF-β1含量明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论宣肺健脾中药可能通过抑制哮喘大鼠支气管-肺组织T
