1、辽宁中医杂志2013年第40卷第3期·569·宣肺健脾法对哮喘大鼠转化生长因子-β1及其抑制型Smad的影响1213马佐英,何山,王学龄,刘颖(1.天津中医药大学,天津300193;2.天津市泰达医院,天津300457;3.天津医科大学,天津300192)摘要:目的:观察宣肺健脾法对哮喘大鼠的治疗作用,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:建立哮喘大鼠模型,观察支气管-肺组织病理学改变,检测支气管壁厚度(Wat)、平滑肌厚度(Wam)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)及其受体和Smad7的表达。结果:造模后Wat、Wam、TGF-β1及其受体Ⅰ(TβRⅠ)表达明显增加(P<0.01)
2、,Smad7mRNA显著下调(P<0.01)。药物干预后,Wat、TGF-β1、TβRⅠ显著降低(P<0.05),Smad7mRNA显著上调(P<0.01),中药组尤为明显。结论:宣肺健脾法可能通过抑制哮喘大鼠TGF-β1、TβRⅠ的过度表达,上调抑制型Smad,影响TGF-β/Smads通路的转导,减轻气道重塑。关键词:宣肺健脾法;哮喘;气道重塑;转化生长因子-β1;Smad7中图分类号:R562.25文献标志码:A文章编号:1000-1719(2013)03-0569-04EffectonTGF-β1andInhibitorSmadofAsthmaticRatModelT
