1、单钉-沟槽柱翼钢板联合WDFC治疗腰椎滑脱症作者：张卫朱正兵谭远超刘峻邵诗泽张恩忠罗永忠【关键词】腰椎滑脱摘要：［目的］研究和评价单钉-沟槽柱翼钢板联合WDFC后路椎间融合在治疗腰椎滑脱的效应。［方法］对62例腰椎峡部裂并腰椎滑脱的患者施行单钉-沟槽柱翼钢板联合WDFC后路椎间融合术，观察患者术前术后和随诊期间Tailard指数、Boxall指数、滑脱角、腰椎生理前凸角、椎间隙高度指数的变化，同时观察神经症状、体征、临床疗效及融合率。［结果］本组62例平均随访243个月（17～35个月），术后与术前Tailard指数、Boxall指数、滑脱角、腰椎生理前凸角、椎间隙高度指数有显著差异性（

7、就诊时病人均有长期下腰痛，疼痛放射到臀及大腿后侧18例，放射到小腿及足踝部17例；行走100m内双下肢有显著麻、酸、无力，不能继续行走21例，100～500m以上出现症状加重者24例；足趾背伸减弱21例，有骨盆摇摆性鸭步26例，12例行走后出现小便失禁；31例腰部活动受限。按Meyerding滑移分度法Ⅰ度滑脱24例，Ⅱ度31例，Ⅲ度6例，Ⅳ9度滑脱1例；滑脱节段为L3者3例，L4者21例，L5者35例，L4、5两节段3例。应力滑移
