1、中西医结合康复对小儿脑性瘫痪早期干预的临床疗效评价作者：张巧凤　马廉　史雪川　李丽燕　葛佳　【摘要】目的观察中西医结合康复对小儿脑性瘫痪早期干预的临床疗效及中医针刺按摩对疗效的影响。方法将48例小儿脑性瘫痪早期患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组给予功能训练及电刺激治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的同时再予以进行针刺及手法按摩，分别在治疗前1d、治疗后1、3、6个月进行GMFM评估，对比两组疗效，比较视性立直、躯干立直、降落伞反射的出现时间。结果治疗组三项姿势反射的出现时间先于对照组(P<0．01)

2、，GMFM评分高于对照组(P<0．01)，正常化率74．1%高于对照组42．9%(P<0．05)，治疗组有效率(96．3%)与对照组(95．2%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论中西医结合康复疗效优于单纯功能训练及电刺激治疗，中医针刺按摩可以提高小儿脑性瘫痪早期干预的临床疗效，促进脑瘫患儿正常化发育，早期中西医结合康复是小儿脑性瘫痪理想的治疗方案。　　【Keywords】脑性瘫痪/中西医结合；针刺；按摩；康复　　　　【Abstract】ObjectiveToobs
