1、小学师生沟通的有效性研究摘要:师生沟通在小学教育中有着举足轻重的意义,有效的师生沟通能够对教学产生积极的促进作用和深远的影响,但大多教师对此还不够重视,沟通技巧上也较欠缺,师生关系不和谐的现象时有发生。本论文在参考相关研究成果的基础上,采用问卷调查和访谈两种形式,对师生沟通问题进行了研究。论文的第一部分区分并界定了相关概念;第二章和第三章主要对问卷和访谈的结果进行了整理和数据分析,描述了师生沟通的现状;第四章是对师生沟通问题产生的根源进行了剖析;最后,论文对解决师生沟通问题提出了相应的建议。研究结果表明:师生沟
2、通问题不仅客观存在,而且影响师生沟通的因素也非常复除了师和学生两方面之外,学校、家长和社会也影响了师生之间的沟通。关于解决师生之间沟通问题的建议,主要从教师和学校管理两个层面着手。对教师个人而言,应转变师生观念,积极学习沟通理论,熟练沟通技巧,提升沟通技能;对学校管理层面而言,应改善班级管理和加强教师培训。通过本研究,以期能够引起学校和教师对师生沟通问题的进一步关注,为融洽师生关系的建立提供指引,最终实现教学相长和学生的健康全面发展。关键词:小学师生沟通现状根源建议19TheoryandPracticeofTe
