3、nceofNorthKorea.ItinvolvesHunchunCity,WangqingCounty,DongningCounty,andMulingCounty,withatotalareaof13879.26squarekilometers.Theaggregateamountoftheprojectis18millionUSdollars.TheundertakingunitsoftheprojectincludeJilinForestryDepartment,HeilongjiangForestryD
4、epartment,andtheGeneralBureauofHeilongjiangForestIndustry.Contentsoftheprojectmainlyincludeconservationstationconstruction,newnaturereserveconstructionorexpansion,tiger-friendlyforestmanagementactivitiesandsupplementaryfeedingstationsconstruction.Theimplement
5、ationareaallbelongtothestate-ownedforestfarmsaffiliatedtotheGeneralBureauofHeilongjiangForestIndustry,HeilongjiangForestryDepartmentandJilinForestryDepartment.DepartmentsinchargeoftheseinvolvedforestfarmsincludeSuiyangForestryDepartment,DongningForestryDepart
6、ment,MulingForestryDepartment,HunchunCityForestryDepartment,HunchunForestryDepartment,WangqingForestryDepartment,WangqingCountyForestryDepartment,andTianqiaolingForestryDepartment.Thesocialassessmentof“LandscapeApproachtoWildlifeConservationinNortheastChinaPr
7、oject”isconductedbymeansoffieldinvestigation,semi-structuralinterviewswithkeyfigures,groupdiscussionandquestionnairesurvey,andisbasedontherelatedsecond-handliterature.Theassessmentparticularlyrecognizesrelevantstakeholdersandassessestheirparticipation,adaptab
