1、三亚凤凰机场跑道容量评估研究摘要随着三亚机场扩建,吞吐量不断的增加,机场的繁忙程度增加,由于当前航空运输需求增长速度远远大于机场容量的增长,而且机场容量的增长十分困难,投资巨大,因此高效的机场管理对于现有资源的有效利用变的越来越重要.机场运营管理中制约空中交通流量的因素主要是跑道,滑行道和停机位.国内外许多学者对跑道操作和停机位的分配进行了很多相关研究,但是在这些研究过程中,滑行只是作为跑道和停机位的一个中间过程而没有被详细考虑.以三亚机场为例,综合考虑三亚机场布局,如机场位置、跑道、滑行道、停机坪结构。地面滑行量增多导致延误的难题,结合空中交通管制与机场
2、地面滑行基本规则,提出了一种理想滑行调度策略,将停机位或跑道入口无限时等待时间分散到滑行过程中的各个结点,并建立了求解该问题的混合整数规划模型。此外,将最短路与理想路径进行区分,采用Floyd算法为每架飞机提供多条无障碍的理想路径。通过三亚机场的实际数据进行验证分析,结果表明新的调度策略可以使得总调度时间减少,缓解机场的地面忙碌状态。关键词:空中交通管理;最优滑行路径;StudyonrunwaycapacityevaluationofSanyaPhoenixAirportStudent:XieTingInstructsteacher:KangRuiAbst

6、rafficcontrolandairportgroundtaxiingproposedanidealtaxischedulingstrategy,willstoporrunwayentranceinfinitewaitingtimespreadtoallthenodesintheslidingprocess,andtheestablishmentofamixedintegerprogrammingmodeltosolvetheproblem.Inaddition,theshortestpathandtheidealpathtodistinguish,us
