2、f six parts:analysisoftheteachingmaterial,analysisofthestudents,teachingmethods,teachingprocedures,blackboarddesignandteachingreflection.Part1Analysis of the teaching material:This is a reading passageaboutanexchangestudent'sschoollifeintheUK.AfterstudyingintheUKf
3、oroneyear,shegivesusabriefbutcleardescriptionaboutwhatschoollifeintheUKislikefromherownexperience.TheReadingStrategyofthisunitteachesstudentstwobasicreadingskills,skimmingandscanning.Studentsareexpectedtomasterthetwoskillsandtoapplythemtotheirfuturestudy. By studyi
4、ng thispassege, Ss can improve their reading ability, learn more about schoollifeintheUKandthereadingstrategyofskimmingandscanning. At the same time, we should get the students to understand some difficult sentences to comprehend the passage better. The Ss should d
