1、本科毕业设计(论文)题目:笼型倍半硅氧烷的合成与表征笼型倍半硅氧烷的合成与表征摘要笼型倍半硅氧烷(POSS)以其同时具有有机与无机的优异性能而成为目前国际上热门的研究课题之一,它是一种具有笼形结构分子结构的有机硅化合物,以硅氧为骨架,并与各类反应性基团与非反应性基团共同组成这一特殊结构。因此,POSS在催化剂载体、光固化树脂、高分子改性剂、耐热阻燃材料等方面具有巨大研究与应用前景。本文主要通过水解缩合法,分别以乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷做为原料、乙酸乙酯做为溶剂、盐酸做为催化剂制备八乙烯基笼型倍半硅氧烷(OvPOSS),
2、以苯基三乙氧基硅烷(PTES)为原料、甲苯为溶剂、氢氧化钾为催化剂制备八苯基笼型倍半硅氧烷(OPS),以γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷做为原料、无水甲醇做为溶剂、盐酸做为催化剂制备八氨基笼型倍半硅氧烷(OAPOSS)。再采用FT-IR、XRD、核磁、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和TGA等对三种POSS进行表征。实验结果表明,成功制备了三种POSS;通过XRD和SEM分析得到OvPOSS的结晶形貌为方形,尺寸在几微米到几十微米,OPS与OAPOSS的结晶形貌为片状。通过热失重分析分别得出OvPOSS、OPS、OAPOSS的初始

6、eneassolventandpotassiumhydroxideacidascatalyst.Andusingthegammaaminopropyltriethoxysilaneasrawmaterial,absolutemethanolassolventandhydrochloricacidascatalystwerepreparedOAPOSS.Then,thethreekindsofPOSSwerecharacterizedbyFT-IR,XRD,NMR,SEMandTGA,etc.Theexperime
