4、ommerceprojectshavebeenlaunchedin1997,Chinahasopenedthepreludetothee-commerce.In1998,"thecapitalofe-commerceproject"launchedin1999and"8848on-linesupermarket",marksthebeginningofChinesee-commerceintotheperiodofrapidgrowth,Chinesee-commercewhich"officiallystarted."Inrecentyears,China'se
5、-commercealthoughspeculationisinfullswing,buttheactualpromotionprocess,butalsotheeffectofe-commerceremainattheprimarylevel,inparticulartherelevantlawsandregulationsareimperfect,thesocialcreditsystemhaveyettobeimprovedintheToacertainextent,impededthedevelopmentofe-commerce.ByrecallingC
